In this course, we study neurotransmitters and explore the biologic basis of ADHD, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Depression, OCD and more. We study the psychopharmacology used in the management of these disorders. We practice interview techniques, understand the basis of cognitive behavioral therapy, and engage in role play. We partner with the National Alliance of Mental Illness. Please note July 3 is a University Holiday.
